Place of delivery

Delivery takes place domestically (Switzerland) and abroad (Germany).

Cost

For standard delivery we do not charge any shipping costs (including VAT)

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Switzerland will take place within 2-5 days after receipt of payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
