1. Subscription Terms

If you would like to cancel your subscription or reschedule your next delivery date, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date .

After this period has expired, an order that has already been initiated or completed can no longer be cancelled or refunded .

Important NOTE:
Cancellation is only possible after the second successful delivery . This is to protect against abuse of our loyalty discount system, which is only intended for ongoing subscriptions.

2. Returns

Returns are generally possible , but only under the following conditions:

  • The packaging must not be opened or damaged .
  • Before returning an item, please contact our customer service to discuss further steps.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . These costs vary depending on the package size and shipping provider.

Please do not return any products to us without prior consultation, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns.
