These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Hypnos online shop ( www.hypnos-air.ch ).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

3. Delivery

3.1 Deliveries are generally made within Switzerland. Upon request, we will also consider deliveries abroad. Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post CH AG or equivalent service providers.

3.2 Delivery shall be made exclusively in household quantities and only to end consumers.

3.3 We are exceptionally not obligated to deliver if we have correctly ordered the goods, but have not been delivered correctly or on time, and this is not our responsibility. In this case, you will be informed immediately and will receive a prompt refund of any payments already made.

3.4 Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the shipping location.

3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if they have been initiated automatically by bots, scripts or third-party services.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include – where applicable – statutory value added tax.

4.2 We cover the shipping costs for standard deliveries within Switzerland. Additional fees may apply for special or express deliveries, which will be indicated during the ordering process.

4.4 Payment is made directly during the ordering process. Your chosen payment method will be charged with the actual invoice amount.

4.5 You agree to receive invoices, credit notes and notices in electronic or paper form.

5. Return & Right of Withdrawal

We grant a voluntary right of return of 10 days from receipt of goods – exclusively for products in their original packaging and unopened .

If the packaging has already been opened (e.g. for hygiene products such as nasal strips), we reserve the right to only refund 50% of the purchase price , as the product cannot be resold.

Please contact us before returning an item at: info@hypnos-air.ch so that we can check the return and provide you with the return address.

7. Customs & Import

For deliveries outside of Switzerland, you are responsible for compliance with applicable customs and import regulations. Any resulting costs (customs duties, taxes) are to be borne by the customer.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies.
If a product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

11. Force majeure

In the event of events such as natural disasters, pandemics, war or government restrictions that affect delivery, we assume no liability for delivery delays or failures.

12. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the economic intent of the invalid provision.

13. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Hypnos / Leonardo Palladini, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations require otherwise.
